NTQUK is a leading national provider of qualification programmes in the specialist areas of Health and Social care in the NHS and private sector, and Business Administration
We have developed a range of learning and training courses to suit the needs of organisations that want to develop the skills of their valued employees, of individuals seeking to develop in their careers, and of young people preparing for the world of work.
Our team has a long track record or working with governmental, delivery and regulatory partners to ensure that we offer accredited qualifications which are recognised and valued by employers and individuals.
We offer learning courses for individuals or teams in the work place, including many specialist programmes for people at work in the social care and health sectors, and we have recently opened our first Academy providing classroom teaching sessions to complement formal training at work.
We offer a full range learning and training programmes leading to QCF, LMCS (Leadership and Management in Care Services), and NHS Health Award qualifications. In addition we offer Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship programmes, some of which attract government funding.
NTQUK has also developed Skills@Work - a suite of short courses designed to improve performance and develop best practice standards in key areas within the care environment. Courses include leading and managing change, supervision and appraisal for care home managers and heads of department, and courses in dementia awareness, and infection control for care assistants, housekeeping, and ancillary staff.
If required, NTQUK is able to arrange tailored or in-house courses for staff teams in organisations with specific training needs.

Aimed at 16 to 18 year olds, the new NTQUK Academy provides a stepping stone to a rewarding career in the Health and Social care or Business Administration sectors. This innovative learning concept gives young people the support they need to shape their future, starting with classroom tuition in core skills followed by a formal apprenticeship in their chosen sector.
