Our NTQUK Academy offers an exciting new training opportunity for 16 to 18 year olds looking for a rewarding career in health and social care or business administration. Students start their journey towards a full apprenticeship with classroom tuition in core skills, including CV building and interview techniques. Having successfully completed this initial stage we will arrange an opportunity to interview at work experience placement (within the wider Berkshire area) in their chosen sector. This is where the formal apprenticeship begins and performance in key areas is assessed throughout the programme with a view to gaining a valuable qualification and the prospect of further training and career development.
