Leadership & Management

The STARS LMCS (Leadership & Management in Care Services) Programme replaces the previous RMA (Registered Managers Award).

It is a comprehensive and wide ranging programme with more appeal to both the health and health and social care sectors. Again we use planned resources and assessment sessions to support senior personnel with management responsibility to achieve their qualification. This may take 9-12 months.

Each aspect of the programme is pre planned for you and attached to specific time scales to support focused learning and high achievement rates.
