NVQUK Development Days

One of the four values of NVQUK is “Customer Focus”. To help the value “come to life”, many of our Regional Operational & Development Team members joined together for two sessions at the end of 2008. The Development Days were designed to promote awareness of internal and external customers and how we can all work together to support our various customers and stakeholders throughout the learner journey.
Overall feedback was positive and the general view was that despite the day-to-day pressures it was good to have time out to explore with wider regional team members what we do well and what we can improve on. Building on the success of these days, the administration team at our Windsor Head Office will soon be undertaking a two day Customer Service training course to give them the same opportunity.
