Three-Way Partnership of BUPA, The National Employer Service and NVQUK collect Yorkshire & Humber National Training Award
10th November 2008
Partnership success came the way of BUPA, NVQUK, and the LSC’s National Employer Service on 30 September when the NVQUK STARS programme which BUPA carers attend as part of their training and development was recognised at the National Training Awards ceremony. Specifically the award was made in the Partnership & Collaboration Category for Yorkshire & Humberside – this is just one of a series of awards being made in all regions.
The award is further evidence of how BUPA is continually striving to train carers to provide the best possible care service to their residents and the residents’ families. Over 700 employees have undertaken the STARS programme over 3 years with outstanding achievement rates (80% +).
As part of the NTA (National Training Awards programme) this makes the Partnership a 2008 National Training Awards winner.
