Leading and managing success

This development day explores the implications of individual management roles and as-sociated tasks and responsibilities. It offers the opportunity to clearly define the manage-ment experience and identify successful behaviours and strategies to promote the posi-tive opportunities which good management practice can create

Who should attend?

Home managers, deputies and heads of departments.

What are the benefits of attending?

By the end of the programme you will:

  • Be clear about the roles/responsibilities which are included in managing others.
  • Understand the application of these roles and responsibilities within individual cir-cumstances.
  • Understand the relationship between personal and professional behaviour and suc-cessful management outcomes.

How long does the programme last?

This is a one day course. Some pre-course work is required.
