Working for NVQUK

At NVQUK we are always interested to hear from occupationally competent individuals with a health or health and social care background. Ideally we like you to hold an A1 Assessors award but in some cases we will support you to gain this qualification.

So what it is like working for NVQUK? Here are the views of two of our team members- this feedback was totally spontaneous and uninvited but demonstrates how people feel when they work for the country’s leading provider of health and social care qualification programmes

“I would just like to say, I feel this is one of the best companies I have worked for.
I feel valued, trusted, and safe. I love the fact, that when I go to my homes each morning, I can phone my Team Leader to let her know I am safe (Had never been on a motorway in my life before!) and again when I leave a home, then when I get home to let her know I am safe. When she is on Annual Leave I can phone one of two other Team Leaders, this makes me feel I am not alone and someone cares about my well-being.
I would also like to thank all the office based staff; they are so helpful whenever I phone - from a happy worker” Anthea Rowe- Training Coordinator 

“Just a bit of feedback on the company values- I totally agree that we are a friendly company and that each day is different but I really enjoy my job role and look forward to going to work.
I do get a lot of support from my Team Leader. The company are funding me to do my 7303 course.

I have in the past received telephone calls, thank you cards, flowers & chocolates from my learners when they have completed their NVQ and it is nice to know that they value us so much for all the hard work they put into gaining a qualification.”
